Make Someday Today · Workshops & Experiences

Turn goals into
shared momentum.

The best keynotes change how people think. This workshop changes what they do next.

Through guided reflection, small-group conversations and practical exercises, participants identify something meaningful they've been postponing, uncover what has kept it stuck and choose a realistic first step forward. Along the way, they learn what matters to the people around them.

  • Coworkers become collaborators.
  • Conference attendees become connections.
  • Personal and professional goals become shared opportunities for encouragement, accountability and action.
Inside the workshop

What actually happens at the table.

Every participant gets a printed Make Someday Today guide. Each page is a prompt, and each prompt moves them one step closer to starting - together.
Bridget goes to each table and helps participants.

Step 01Know what matters

Name your someday.

Participants write down something they've been meaning to do, try, learn or experience. Big or small, personal or professional. Then they look honestly at what's really stopping them, and what they're afraid will happen if they act.

What's your someday? What's really stopping me?What am I afraid will happen if I act?

Step 02Don't keep it a secret

The Ripple Lab.

One by one, each person shares their someday out loud, and the whole table goes to work on it. That's where the introductions, resources and ideas start showing up.

Who do we know?Has anyone done something similar? What resource could help? What would "good enough to start" look like? Can anyone here help directly?

Step 03Start small

Start it right now.

The table helps each person shrink their someday down to a first step small enough to take today. Then Bridget gives the room time to actually do it: send the email, make the call, book the date, buy the domain. Whatever the smallest first step is, they take it.

Step 04Move through the fear

Make sure someone asks.

"Don't just say you'll do it."

Participants pick an accountability partner, swap contact details and schedule a check-in. The goal no longer lives in one person's head; someone else is waiting to ask how it went.

Who will hold me accountable? How can we reach each other? When will we check in?Did you do it?

Step 05Create the ripple

Share it with the room.

Willing participants stand up and share their someday with the whole room, and the room answers back. Introductions, resources, offers of help and honest feedback come from every direction, not just their table. This is the best part of the day - your team helping each other achieve goals right there in the room.
